MEATURE: 24 oz Ribeye with Smoked Herb Butter
A big ol' 24oz Ribeye, sous vide to a perfect medium, then seared and based to lock in all that bold flavour. Sliced and served with a smoked rosemary, red onion, and sea salt butter.
SIDE: Panzanella Salad
perfectly toasted garlic bread, tossed with fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion in a red wine vinaigrette. We love when we can call bread salad!
SANDWICH: The Bourdain
Made famous by the late, great Anthony Bourdain. A pile of sliced mortadella fried up, covered in melted provolone and dijonaise. For the month of June, a portion of sales will be donated to Men& in support of Men's Mental Health resources.
